Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Strategy Builder web application ("the Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Strategy Builder. By accessing or using this website, including its Applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of this website and any services, content, or materials provided through the website and/or the Application. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please cease using the Application.

2. Content, applications and processes

All content, applications, calculations or any other material, may change from time to time. This may include modification, deletion, updates and corrections. Strategy Builder does not notify of such changes and the user needs to be aware that some material may have changed since the user’s last use.

The Application is provided for information and/or to assist the user in creating a document for their purpose. Any document produced is based on the user’s inputs and selections, it is therefore specific to circumstances inputted by the user.

The information and services provided by the Application are not intended, nor should they be considered as professional or financial advice. Users should seek the advice of qualified professionals for specific concerns or queries.

Any document produced does not make any investment recommendations, nor should any document created be considered as any investment recommendation. Any investment decisions, are the sole responsibly of the user, trustee and/or their financial professional.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website and in the Application, including but not limited to the processes, text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by Strategy Builder and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or display any part of this website or the Application without our prior written consent.

4. Website and Application Use

You agree to use this Website and the Application solely for lawful purposes. You must not use any part of the Website or the Application to transmit, post or create any content or material that attacks anyone or is offensive, defamatory, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of others.

5. Saved Information

When using the Application you will be required to enter basic information. As you use the Application you may have an in-progress Strategy Builder document and/or completed documents. Information entered and documents will be retained by Strategy Builder in order to deliver services to you.

You may delete your records at any time. We reserve the right to delete your details and documents 3 years after the last paid use by the user of Strategy Builder or your last login to the system. This deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered. Therefore, should you wish to have your records retained, then you will need to login or purchase a new document at least every 3 years.

This website may contain links to third-party websites and/or resources for the user’s convenience. The owners and developers are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external links. Users should review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of third-party websites. Strategy Builder does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website. Accessing any third-party link is at your own risk.

Whilst ever care is taken, the website, the Application and any content is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. Strategy Builder reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current Terms and Conditions are available on the website and your continued use of the website and Application constitutes your acceptance of the any updated terms.

The owners and developers reserve the right to modify or update the applications function, content, processes and the disclaimer at any time without prior notice. The revised application and disclaimer will be effective immediately upon update to the Application.

11. Termination

Any breach of our Terms and Conditions, will at our discretion result in suspension or termination of the users login to the Application. Such suspension or termination may be immediate and include deletion of any data or documents related to the users account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
